Service Description

This class you will learn foundations and manners. Learn how to train your dog around other dogs by using rewards. At the same time, we will incorporate and practice the 10 skills that are required to pass the AKC CGC test. These are very useful everyday skills not only for your dog but for the human. This is a great class for dogs to learn to work around other dogs with no interactions and become neutral to dogs and people. In this class you and your dog will learn: Marker words Accepting a friendly stranger How to great a stranger Appearance and grooming Walking on a loose leash Walk through a crowd Sit and down command and Stay Come when called Reaction to another dog Reaction to distractions Supervised separation At the end of class some may be ready to test for the CGC and we will offer a time to come test.
